LET'S GOThis agreement is made between Charlotte Wagner / DBA Dogography (hereinafter referred to as "Photographer") and ______________ (hereinafter referred to as "Client") for the purpose of dog photography.
1. Photographer agrees to provide dog photography services to the Client for the specified photoshoot. Images will be processed and supplied to client within 2 weeks of shoot date.
2. Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. However, Photographer grants Client the non-exclusive, limited use rights to the images for promotional purposes including dog promotion and advertisement, social media, and website use.
3. The Client understands that they do not own the images and may not claim authorship of the works. Client may not sell or commercially exploit the images without the express permission of the Photographer.
4. Client grants Photographer the right to use the images of the dog(s) in promotional materials, portfolios, and social media. If Client does not wish for the images to be used in this way, they must inform Photographer in writing prior to the photoshoot.
5. Photographer will retain the images for a period of 3 months, after which they may be deleted. It is the Client's responsibility to make arrangements to purchase or download the images before the expiration date.
6. Photographer shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury, loss of property, or any other form of loss, arising from the photography session, technical malfunctions, or accident.
7. A booking fee is required in order to secure a photo shoot or assignment. Postponements and cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to shoot will result in a loss of service with no refunds. Postponements made within more than 48 hours are at the discretion of photographer and may result in a 50% refund or alternative shooting date.
