Q: Do you carry insurance?

A: As a PPA member I carry an insurance policy.

Q: How much notice do you need prior to booking photography services?

A: We generally require a minimum 6 weeks from requested date in order to accept a booking. We accept assignments on a first come / first served basis.

Q: Do you require a retainer in order to book services?

A: Yes, there is a retainer for designated conformation and events as well as studio booking fees where applicable.

Q: When will images be ready from an event?

A: Completion of all image uploads is about 1-2 weeks from start date.

Q: How much are photos?

A: We have a flat fee of $35 per image for event and sports photography. Portrait and Private Photo sessions start at $195 and include shooting time plus 3 digital images.

Q: What quality can I expect from my images?

A: All shooting is done in RAW format to maintain then data integrity of images. Once processed, they are uploaded as PNG files for purchase.. Great for a variety of uses beyond social media including from our print and products shop!

Q: How may I use the images?

A: All images are currently sold for personal use, and limited commercial use (ok to use for a dog's campaign or breeder website) however all images remain copyright of Charlotte Wagner and may not be used to sell or promote products or services.

Q: May I screen shot or share images?

A: Photos posted with our watermark on Facebook may be shared - however screen shots and removing watermarks is a violation of our property.

Q: What if I want to own the images outright to do with whatever I please?

A: Commercial licenses are available and assessed on a case by case basis. Please reach out to further discuss options.
